User services provided to users at the Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Library use:

Open System
Where library users independently search for information to find the collection. This system is for book collections, thesis collections, theses, and dissertations; a collection of journals, magazines and newspapers, internet services, and BI Corner services.

Closed System
Where library users in finding information assisted by librarian. This system is for digital collections, such as Thesis CD, Book Supplement CD, Magazine Supplement CD, Journal CD, Data CD (Company Financial Reports, ISMD, ICMD, Banking Indicators, Taxation), access to digital collections such as e-newspapers, e-magazines, e-journals, and e-books.

KINDS OF SERVICE

Circulation Service

Circulation Services consist of borrowing, returning, and renewing books for permanent members of the library. For the use of circulation services, it is mandatory to bring an active KTM (Student Card). The maximum loan amount is 5 (five) copies for a period of two weeks and can be extended once for two weeks, the borrowing process directly uses the independent borrowing computer in the library, after doing the independent loan, sign on the loan receipt and ask the librarian for a return date stamp , for English books cannot be extended. the extension process comes directly to the library. Late returns are subject to a fine of Rp. 10,000.00 (ten thousand rupiah) and if the delay is more than one week, Rp. 1,000.00 (one thousand rupiah) is added every day.

Cross Service
This service is provided to Permanent Members who want to visit other libraries by making “SUPER Cards”. The SUPER card is a card that is used to access the services of all libraries that are members of the East Java FPPTI. With this SUPER Card (Means for Going to the Library), Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University students no longer need to take care of permission letters to go to each of the East Java FPPTI member libraries if they want to use the services of a library.

Temporary Member Service
This service is provided to individuals or institutions outside the academic community who will use the facilities of the Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Library by registering first to become a temporary member. The membership period is for two weeks and must be extended if the membership period expires and you still want to become a member of the Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Library.

Digital Collection Service

Digital Collection Services, consisting of:

• Scientific Information Search : A service provided to library users to find and find articles, journals and data that are not in the Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Library. The officers searched for articles, journals and data until they found the whereabouts of the source of the information. The facilities used in this service are the use of the internet and other online sources of information that have been provided in the digital collection room.
• Digital Collection Services: The services provided are in the form of print outs, file copying and reading on the spot from digital collections in the Hayam Wuruk University Library, Perbanas.
• Online Services: Online services at the Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Library are internet services and online journal Proquest and Gale 

Magazine/Journal & Newspaper Service
This service provides a collection of magazines, journals and newspapers in the form of printed resources. This collection may not be borrowed from the library, only photocopied and read on the spot.

Scientific Work Service
The collection of scientific works provided is the result of the Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University academic community, including:

• LKP and Thesis are the work of students who have completed Diploma 3 and Bachelor studies.
• Theses and Dissertations are the work of lecturers who have passed further studies in Masters and Doctoral Degrees.
• Research Reports and Papers are the work of lecturers which are the results of research in realizing the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely research items

Photocopying Service
Photocopying services are opened during library service hours by serving photocopies of books, newspapers, journals/magazines, and final assignments (according to applicable regulations)
