General

  1. Library members are required to maintain and maintain library collections as well as possible by not writing, scribbling and folding book pages.
  2. Every visitor is required to maintain calm, dress modestly, neatly and wear shoes
  3. It is not allowed to bring food and drink which causes the library room to become dirty.

Procedures for Borrowing and Returning

  1. The collection of reservoirs (red label) may not be borrowed except for those in foreign languages ​​and may be borrowed for 1 (one) week without extension
  2. Reference collections are only allowed to be read in the library
  3. Permanent members are only allowed to borrow books through the librarian
  4. Permanent members are only allowed to borrow a maximum of 5 (five) titles of 1 (one) copy each
  5. The borrowing time limit is 1 (one) week and can only be extended 1 (one) time except for reservoir collections
  6. Members who will read the Final Project (LKP / Thesis / Thesis) are required to fill in the final assignment loan form
  7. Members are still obliged to pay attention to the loan deadline that has been determined and immediately return it on time
  8. For non-permanent members only photocopying and reading services are provided on the spot
  9. Photocopying services can be done by contacting the circulation section by filling in the photocopy request form
  10. Members who have not returned the library collection temporarily are not allowed to borrow the collection.

Code of Conduct for Locker Usage

  1. The user's belongings (bags and jackets) are required to be placed in the locker
  2. Lockers may only be allowed for those who will enter the library and as long as they are in the library
  3. It is not allowed to leave items in the locker after leaving the library
  4. Locker users are required to keep the locker clean
  5. Locker users are required to report if the locker used has a defect (for example: broken locks, streaks, etc.)
  6. Locker users are prohibited from making scribbles, damaging, and or carrying locks beyond the library's opening hours.

Sanctions
Library membership can be temporarily recorded if the person concerned is suspended until the end of the suspension period. Library membership can be permanently revoked if:

  1. Does not fulfill obligations and does not comply with established regulations
  2. Did not heed the bill up to 3 times
  3. Stop study anyway

Loan Sanctions:

  1. Students who are late in returning library collections up to 1 (one) week, will be subject to a fine of Rp. 10,000, - (ten thousand rupiah) and if late for more than 1 (one) week, a thousand per day of delay will be added
  2. Library members who eliminate borrowed library collections will be subject to sanctions, namely replacing the same library collection and fines as item no.1 until replacement library materials are submitted.
  3. Librarians who destroy library collections must replace damaged books
  4. Members who violate the rules or regulations of the library will be subject to sanctions based on applicable regulations

Sanctions for Using Locker

  1. For those who violate the rules for using the locker, the items in the locker will be removed without regard to security
  2. For those who lose the locker key or make a defect (for example: making scribbles, damaging or carrying the locker key beyond the library opening hours) will be subject to a fine of Rp. 10,000, - (ten thousand rupiah)
